.NET Framework 3.5 isn't downloading.

When I try to download the package I get this error.

How do I fix this issue?

I recommend moving your Repository to a shorter path.
1. Create a folder somewhere, such as "C:\Repo".
2. Move everything from your current Repository (Options --> Preferences --> Repository) into your new folder.
3. Put the path to your new folder in the Repository textbox, and Save.

I did that just now, same permissions etc.

It took 15 mins to try to delete 7-zip(I stopped the deployment), when I reset the repository to its default repository it only took 50+ seconds and it actually deleted 7-zip from my pc.

What could be the issue?

Are you referring to deleting the 7-Zip package, or the Repository Cleanup function?
