Failed to connect to the server

We are using PDQ-Inventory (and Deploy) Enterprise in Client-Server mode.This has been running perfectly until recently. We have three users and a few weeks ago I started getting an error message when I try to open the client on my computer.  It says, "Failed to connect to the server" and then gives a place to enter the Server (which is correct) and the TCP Port of 7337.

These setting are the same as the other two users machines and theirs work fine.  Now today a second tech is having the same problem.  We are running on a Windows Server 2016 Active Directory Domain.

I'm at a loss as to why one would work and another not.  Need Help!

  • Do things work normally for a bit if you stop/start both deploy and inventory services?  Do you see a climb in memory usage in either service?
