Collection based on contents of XML file in %appdata%

I have an application setting stored in an XML file that is located in users %appdata% folder structure. I need to build a collection of computers that have a missing or incorrect value inside that XML file. Being very new to PDQ Inventory, I am struggling with the concepts here. I have a powershell script to fix the file if it needs it but i'm not sure how to detect/scan for it in Inventory and build a collection. Thank you for any help.

    There is currently no built-in way to do that. However, we have an upcoming feature called the PowerShell Scanner that will let you create any scanner you want by writing a PowerShell script.
