Office 365 Collection

I'm trying to create a collection to identify computers that have office 365 for business 32 bit installed. I noticed that there is a collection in the library for office 2016 32 and 64 bit but not for 365.

I created the collection below but I'm not getting any results.

Thank you.

  • Hi Pedro,

I have 365 x64 installed, and I don't have a Bitness value in that location on my PC, whereas I do have one here:

    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook

Note that I'm skipping the WOW6432Node, and going straight to the Microsoft subkey.

This might be why you're not getting any results.

Caveat: I'm using 365 ProPlus, not Business, but I believe the point still stands.

You also are trying to reference the value name as a value, which is incorrect - the next to last line should have "Value Name" in the Column selection.

If it still does not work, another reason could be if you have not remembered to include Registry scanning as part of your scanner profile (as I did, whoops!)

    Hope this helps.
