Wait for Windows 10 to fully finish 1909 upgrade before continuing

Does anyone know of a way to have PDQ Deploy to wait until Windows has been fully upgraded to 1909 before going to the next step?  The only thing I can think of to do now for this is to issue a WAIT step.  It looks like it takes a computer about an additions 30 minutes or so to complete the upgrade once PDQ Deploy finishes the install step.  I don't want to have too long of a wait because that is just wasted time and I don't want to set the wait too short or the next step might fail because the computer isn't back on line yet.  Anyone have a better idea?
