FlushDNS Task Trigger? Central Server

I've been following the remote work support blog post suggestions but have a question about setting up the task to flush DNS on the PDQ central server. It suggests running a flush as often as the heartbeat runs (300 s).

I can't find anything that I can set this trigger on, and the blog post avoids mentioning any. Can someone who's doing this share what trigger they're using?

    Beth,

    Task scheduler is not elegant in the way you schedule triggers like this at all. Basically, what you're going to want to do is create a Daily trigger and set it to repeat the task every 5 minutes for a duration of 1 day, like so:
