Deploying an exe

Hello all,

I am trying to deploy an exe along with an additional .dat file with the configurations. The developer stated it needed to be "Run as Administrator". I am deploying with a domain admin account. I have found that sometimes it deploys and installs as it should and other times, it states it successfully deploys but the program is not fully installed.

Is there a why to run it as an administrator? The program is from Bytefusion called PresenTense. Any help would be appreciated.
