PDFCreator still at 3.2 in PDQ library (4.0 is the newest)
Gilles Delcourt
Hello,
We use PDFCreator in our University. The software is in the PDQ library but stuck at version 3.2 while there have been several updates since. Current version is 4.0.4.
Do you plan to upgrade the library for PDFCreator ? This would be greatly appreciated.

The free version can no longer be installed silently. We will hopefully be adding a note about this to the package's Description soon.

Thank you for this quick answer
@...: It sounds like the silent install can be achieved using a legacy setup package. Here's a quote from someone identified as a "pdfforge team" member:
"The new setup doesn't support command line parameters at the moment.
Feel free to use the legacy setup: https://download.pdfforge.org/download/"
The link goes to a page that lists a legacy setup executable that presumably allows for silent installs:

I dowloaded the latest legacy setup (4.1.0) and it doesn't support neither /SILENT nor /VERYSILENT argument.
It looks like it's by design : https://forums.pdfforge.org/t/pdfcreator-silent-install-not-working-since-4-0-0/16847/3
According to the support team, silent install has been removed from legacy setup if the computer belongs to an Active Directory (which is my case). No way out I guess
