We're not sure the app you're looking for. We found this, but they are saying the benefit is there's nothing to download?

Could you give us a link to what tool you're requesting?
It depends on how the Skype meeting creator sets it up as to whether you need the Skype Meetings App or the Skype for Business Web App.

Best way to download the .MSI file is to join a test Skype meeting and follow the instructions to download the relevant App.

I received an email stating that this was completed. Does this mean that it will be available in Deploy soon?
I am not sure what e-mail you received, but not currently investigating this yet.
