PDQ scan after deployment

Since updating both PDQ Inventory and Deploy to V19.0.40.0 yesterday, systems are no longer being automatically scanned after deployment, despite being set in package settings to run an 'Applications Scan'
Is there anything I can do to reinstate this?

Make sure Deploy and Inventory are the same version, and in the same mode:
If they are, restart your computer. If that doesn't help, contact support@pdq.com.

worked it out in the end as it was doing some other weird stuff. Turns out they were both running under different service accounts. Changed that to what it should have been and all singing and dancing again.
