Connection from PDQ Inventory not authorized, add user to Console Users

Same operating mode, same console user, and both services are running under my account in Windows but I still get the error. I didn't optimize the database because that isn't in the Option menu (ver 19.0.40.0).

I'm trying to do a one time deployment on a static collection. Any ideas?

    Make sure that User in Options --> Background Service is formatted the same. For example, MYDOMAIN.COM\username.

    Actually one is AD\pdqi and the other is AD\pdqd. Do those need to be the same account? Or can I add them both to both programs?

    They don't have to be the same account, but they do need to be a Console User in both programs.
