Computer collection with computers that have admins other admins than stated?

Working on removing users being local admin where its not needed.

We have a group with helpdesk guys that need access but it looks like the previous guy added a lot of users as admins. Is there a way I can create a collection that shows computers that have any non-local accounts that is not Domain Admins and Approved-LocalAdmins?
