TightVNC - No Inputs possible

Dear Guys

 

I deployed the latest version of the preconfigurated package "TightVNC". Unfortunately it is no possible to use the mouse or the keyboard on the PCs. There are no settings set, which say, that input is forbidden. Does anybody has an idea? Thanks!
