Old software gets a recent install date
This happens every so often. A piece of software that hasn't been updated in weeks/months/years will suddenly get a recent install date. Note Etcher here on this computer. You can see by the folder dates that it was installed back in 2018, yet PDQ and Spiceworks (not pictured) report the install date as 6-18-2020.
I'm pretty sure it's a Windows issue and not a PDQ issue because Spiceworks will report the same date. And while I can't remote in right now to look at what date shows up in programs and features on the computer itself I'm willing to bet it says 6-18-2020.
Any thoughts?

Have you recently done a Windows feature update (e.g. 1803 --> 1909) on that machine?
1903 was installed at some point but I do not remember when that was. I see these when I run get-hotfix:

So it's interesting to me that the date is 6-18-2020.
