This application updates regularly and would love for the updates to go out automatically to my clients, rather than having to override with my domain admin credentials.

I add /qn in the parameters and it installs just fine. Here is the Command Line:

msiexec.exe /i "ArcGISPro.msi" ALLUSERS=1 /qn /norestart /log output.log /qn

Are you getting any error messages?
