cannot download chrome into package library

just started recently.

the two latest versions of chrome, 84.04201 and 84.041457, when I add them to the package library they both have red exclamation mark next to them.

I hover mouse over them and the result is:

the underlying connection was closed. could not establish trust relationship for ssl.tls secure channel.

so far I have only seen this in chrome.

I have rebooted server running PDQ, everything else works fine.

If you have an appliance that filters web traffic, make sure to whitelist these domains: https://help.pdq.com/hc/en-us/articles/220533627-Windows-Firewall-Ports-and-Exceptions#external

Also, make sure to whitelist these directories in your antivirus: https://help.pdq.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002701052-Recommended-Antivirus-Antimalware-Exclusions-for-PDQ-Products
