Create a Custom *.MSI ore *.exe file to deploy with not standard settings

Hi Community!

i need help with a custom installation.
We need to deploy a Software with different install path as "C:\program files\".
(e.g. "C:\my folder\programm)

Additional we have some options we have to put a hook for the right installation.

Can someone help me with my problems? I cant find a way, to deploy this Software.
A random installation doesnt work for our production :-(

I tested some Repackage-Software like:
AutoIT, Smart Packager, Advanced Installer, AppDeploy Repackager...

I hope someome can Help me :-(
