Moving database and repository from one disk to another

I have installed PDQ Deploy and Inventory on the D drive of my server. The database is pointed to the C drive which is running out of space. I would like to move the database (the whole of the Admin Arsenal folder) to the D drive.

How can I do that?

At this time it is not possible to move the rest of the files.
