Solution for Remote Users.

Hello,

Since PDQ Agent was discontinued we are struggling to find ways to manage our remote users, but now with the pandemic situation we have even more users working remotely.

We thought the situation will be solved soon, but it seems working remotely will be the new trend, so we are not obliged to find a permanent solution to deploy our software and keep them updated.

We already have an always-on VPN solution, that solves the part of scanning the PCs, but we are unable to deploy packages due to bandwidth (upload) constraints.

If there is no Agent replacement plan, is there at least any way we can deploy the packages while the setup files are downloaded from PDQ servers over internet and not through the VPN link?

Remote users are increasing daily, if we were unable to solve this issue we unfortunately may have to consider other solutions. Although we are sure we will never find a perfect solution such as PDQ.
