Patch Report?

Has anyone built a "Missing Patch Report" or something like it that they are willing to share? I can't seem to figure out how to do this. I know Inventory comes with collections that shows this information, but I need a detailed report that combines all machines that are missing patches and includes details. Maybe a SQL query?

Not really an answer to your question, but have you considered using Microsoft WSUS?

Also Very interested in generating a comprehensive missing patch/updated version report for Microsoft Software and all 3rd Party Software.
