Deploying a registry file states success however never actually deploys

Hello,

Im trying to deploy a Registry file to a couple of systems, after adding the reg file in PDQ Deploy and selecting the file deploying it was straight forward and shows a successful deployment, however after checking a system to see if it actually applied it appeared it never did.

I have also tried this via a batch file which also shows a successful state but never runs. I have also disabled the Firewall\AV and changed which user to use to deploy but unfortunately still no deployment :(

What am i missing?
