Reboot Central Server

I use the Reboot step regularly to reboot computers on our network but sometimes I want to schedule a reboot of the server that PDQ Central Server is installed on. When I do this, the server will reboot but the deployment fails and also can't email me about the status of the job.

Has there been any investigation into creating a Reboot Self step or something similar which can handle rebooting the central server but still have the deployment succeed?

I imagine you could do something like write a file before reboot that the server could look for on startup to see if there was a deployment running before the reboot.
