PDQ Inventory not showing Deployment history

When I look at the details of a computer, I have no Deployment history. I thought maybe some of the deployments were older than the cleanup setting, but I checked a computer that just had a deployment complete and it didn't show in the deployment history. Any suggestions?

    A few things to check:

    • Deploy and Inventory need to be in the same mode (look at the title bar)
    • Deploy and Inventory should be on the same version
    • If you used a different account for each program's Background Service, add both accounts to Options --> Console Users in both programs
    • The hostname of the target needs to match what's in Inventory. Shortname vs FQDN shouldn't matter, but I would still recommend retrieving targets from Inventory instead of typing them in.

     I have a local admin account for the background service of Inventory and a domain account for Deploy. I added both to each other's consoles as you indicated. I then restarted the service for Inventory and Deploy. It still doesn't show the deployments in Inventory.

    Thanks Colby. Oddly enough I switched to to the same account as Deploy, it worked as expected, then I switched it back to the local admin account and it was still working. Weird but I'll take it!
