Feature Request: Selfhosted Package Repository

Hello there :)

we would like to have a convenient way to manage our packages, even on remote sites (which aren't connected in anyway to our main site).

Currently we have the idea to realise the distribution of our custom packages to PDQ installs by using Git.

However we can't automate the import of XML-Templates in PDQ Deploy because there is no cli command for that. Furthermore importing packages doesnt override existing packages....
