When we load the client on users laptop, no problem works great, problem is it won't survive a reboot. When the user reboots it won't connect. We login with the user (Bomgar) and select PDQLink and RUN AS or domain admin connects right up. We do load the client from their profile and it does require our domain admin password to install the client.
Anyone else? Bueler?
