This is more of an informational post to see if anyone else has had similar issues, emailed support with initial issue.
I’ve been testing using the pdq link on couple machines. I noticed something weird. Using pdq link vpn it does not show as online in pdq inventory.
PDQ link says its connected on the device using onboard sim card in tablet.
Endpoint has TeamViewer installed and running and it shows device as online and connected to internet in my TeamViewer dashboard
Endpoint shows in remote access clients status but does not show any IP’s like other clients do in the bottom status section
Second PC shows IP’s and is connected showing up in PDQ Inventory.
The issue is 1st pc shows as offline in PDQ Inventory……shows as online everywhere else for me…no amount of refreshing in RAS or PDQ gets it to show up in pdq inventory.
Both had been connected for 22ish hours. Disconnecting the endpoint and reconnecting fixes issue.
