File Copy -- Ignore certain files

I'm using the File Copy step to copy a folder with over 20,000 files in it -- there are several files in it that I do not want to transfer -- like *.bak for example.

 

I understand the File Copy step has File Patterns, but to me, it appears this is only for inclusion, and not exclusion.

 

Any advise or suggestion on how I can define certain file patterns I want excluded?
