Quiet install of Symantic Endpoint Protection (14.3)

We just got new licenses for Symantec and I would love to make this our first big deployment with PDQ deploy. Any advice or has anyone done this before?

I played around with the trial version of PDQ deploy and was able to deploy small things like google, java, adobe, etc. But Symantec is a little more dense and I was not able to get the deployment to go through.

  • For a lot of software, you may need to reach out to the manufacturer because they have specific commands that need to be entered when performing a silent install. I'd e-mail or call up Symantec support and request a list of the silent install parameters and instructions.

I found this page on their support website that shows they have quite a few parameters needed for at least that version of Symantec but your version may need the same and/or more.
