2014 SQL Express
I am creating a package for 2014 SQL Express. So far I have done the following:
1. I have ran the msi which unpacks to a folder with a setup.exe.
2. During the intial install I followed instruction to create a "configurationfile.ini".
3. Created a new package: Step 1 has the following:
Install file \\pdq\D$\Packages\2014 SQLExpress\setup.exe
Parameters /ConfigurationFile=\\pdq\D$\Packages\2014 SQLExpress\configurationfile.ini /q
The "configurationfile.ini" looks like this:

Hi Bill,
you forgot to add /Action=Install
i.e.
setup.exe /q /Action=Install /IAcceptSQLServerLicenseTerms=True /Features=SQL /InstanceName=SQLExpressTest01 /SQLSYSADMINACCOUNTS="Builtin\Administrators" /SQLSVCACCOUNT="NT AUTHORITY\Network Service" /INSTANCEDIR="c:\dev\dump\SQLExpressInstanceDir" /INSTALLSHAREDDIR="c:\dev\dump\SQLExpressInstanceDir"
