Filtering doesn't seem to work properly?!

Hello,

I have to filter for several applications (McAfee VirusScan, Workspace App 2102) on PCs in our network which have it not installed. I've followed the recommendations here and added the 2 filters: https://help.pdq.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360050586891-Need-a-Dynamic-Collection-that-shows-if-a-program-is-not-installed

The problem is that i got a PC listed that seems to have the VirusScan installed and there are no errors (like networkpath not found etc...)

How could it be?

 

My filter:

All
- Not Any
-- Application Name Contains McAfee VirusScan Enterprise

(PS: Sorry, i mean it's definitely installed then obviously it's in managed status in the McAfee ePO console for a few weeks which is not possible without the VirusScan's agent.)

    That filter looks right to me. Does "McAfee VirusScan Enterprise" show up on the Applications page (in Inventory) for the troublesome target? Also, what is the version number of Inventory that you have installed (like 19.3.9.0)?
