Link to option missing when trying to schedule deployment

I am trying to create a scheduled deployment to keep Notepad++ up to date, and was following one of the youtube videos and noticed that I don't have the "link to" option on the schedule window. Any suggestions?

  "Link to" was changed to "Choose Targets" a few versions back.
