PDQ Inventory locks up

Hi,
We are noticing that PDQ Inventory is locking up. what I notice is that when I start it up there are many hundreds of computers in the scan queue and nothing is changing. A restart of the scanning service does seem to get the system back working but not every time.
Sometimes when this happens the only remedy is to reboot the server and even that will fail, just sitting at the 'shutting down' Window. I then have to pull the power out from under it.
Any ideas on what we can check?

If scans are getting stuck, that sounds like a bug to me. I recommend contacting support@pdq.com.
Ours started doing the same thing after the last release. I just created a task schedule to restart the service on deploy and inventory daily. But now the newest version seems to not update inventory so we have to use F5 or View/Refresh to update our dynamic collection counts.
