Software Updates, Collections not functioning
Hi,
We are still in evaluation mode but it's my understanding should have full functionality. When I check for updates, I am told there was an error connecting to the pdq server. Also, I am unable to download collection in PDQ-I and packages PDQ-D. I have verified I am able to reach all sites listed here

https://services.pdq.tools/ is what runs the update check, so I recommend starting there. Do you get a login prompt when you visit it from the machine experiencing the problem?
Hi Colby, yes I do get a logon prompt @ the PDQ server.
Do you have a proxy? If so, you may need to change your settings in Options --> Preferences --> Proxy Server.
