Searching for a specific icon

Good afternoon!

I need to check systems to see if there's an application shortcut icon in the public desktop, and list the machines that don't have it. 

Here's the scan profile looking for the file:

 

Here's my dynamic collection config:

PDQ still shows ALL my systems, even though I know many of them actually have the icon.  I first tried without the quotes, then with the quotes only around the filename, then with the quotes around the whole path.  I've used a similar construct before, but i was looking for a specific .exe file.  I'm sure there's some silly mistake here, but I haven't been able to resolve it.  I'd appreciate any assistance someone can give.

    Eldred,

    You misunderstand how the Files & Directories table works. It does not store the complete file path in the "Name" field. It stores the path in the "Path" field and the filename in the "Name" field. If you want to filter to only computers without that shortcut you can modify my example below:
