How do I use PDQ Inventory to sort or create collection for Veeam Agent Windows version 4 and lower ?

I am trying to update the Veeam Agent for Windows versions (3.x or 4.x) to version 5.

But how do I create a filter to see which machines still using these older versions ?

- In registry HKLM\software\veeam\veeam agent for windows (reg_sz 4.01)

- In PDQ Inventory shows application > Veeam agent for windows > version 4.01
