Nuance pdf

I'm having trouble that when I send out a pdf document that I have saved with Nuance pdf, other people in my organization aren't often able to edit it. They do not have Nuance and it wouldn't be an option for everyone to have it. I can't find anything in the settings that allows me to change this and I can certainly edit the form but not all others can.

Our work is within the Citrix environment and not sure if that would cause some issues but it has happened since I installed Nuance pdf.
