System Path environment variable not functioning correctly

The Windows system PATH environment variable is not recognizing some of the folders in the PATH.  When I remove the entries for PDQ Deploy and Inventory the PATH works correctly.  However, the PDQ entries reappear in the PATH each time I log in.  How can I permanently remove the PDQ entries from PATH?  Thanks.

    How are you removing the entries? Do they look malformed before you remove them?

    I am unable to reproduce the issue of a deleted entry coming back, even after rebooting.
