List computers removed from active directory

On out network devices get automatically removed from AD if they have not been on the network for set time period. I do not want them removed from PDQ, so have set sync not to delete but would like to list these devices in PDQ in a Dynamic Collection.

 

I just might not be seeing the filter when creating a Dynamic Collection.
