Am I just blind? Importing PowerShell scanner?

Trying to follow these directions but nowhere can I find an import button? Tried pasting in the script and manually creating it but got an error so figured I missed something and wanted to try the import.

    Ok after I posted this I got smart and decided to try right clicking this which has the elusive import. Those directions should be updated because I can't find any actual button...
