Deploy PDQ Deploy and Inventory with PDQ Deploy

We are currently looking to see if PDQ Deploy can be automated to deploy and configure PDQ Deploy and Inventory.  Is there a way to do this?  We are looking to automate the process so that we can use a portable server to deploy out to new isolated networks and automate a PDQ Deploy and inventory build out.
