Filter collection by file existence AND file date... can it be done?

I need to filter computers for the existence of a specific file, but ONLY if the file is newer than a particular date. The folder which contains the file has other files, and is unknown of any of the other scanned files have newer dates that the expected file. Am already scanning for the file-in-question (that works), but don't know how to check for a "date modified" that is after a date AND have that file be the specific file we need, without having the dates of other files possibly being used instead.

When you add more Value Filters, they narrow the criteria. This Collection will only find computers that have a file that matches ALL of the Value Filters.
