Failed to copy file to target

We recently updated to the latest version 19.3.41.0  from 18.3.32.0. Scanning worked flawlessly before the update. After updating we now get an error saying "Failed to copy file to target | Access is denied" on all of our workstations/servers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Try repairing the installation.

    1. Open appwiz.cpl
    2. Right-click on PDQ Inventory, then click Repair

    If that doesn't help, then I recommend reaching out to support@pdq.com.
