Hotfixes listed as installed, while update failed

Two related questions:

1. In PDQ hotfixes show as installed, even though the update has pending reboot.

2. For patches that require a reboot, once the server is rebooting and the patch fails, PDQ will still show the KB as installed after re-scanning the system.

Upon running reports, it is also shows as “installed” even if the server has a pending reboot to apply the patch or after the patch has failed to install during reboot.
