Collection of desktops powered down overnight?

I want to send a reminder notice to any desktop machines people are turning off overnight that they need to be left on. Is there a way to create a collection that shows last powered on state of say longer than an hour ago? I don't want to use scan time.

    You could either use Boot Time or Uptime for that.
