Autodesl Desktop Connector

Anybody having issues deploying Autodesk Desktop Connector updates?

Up until the last two updates was not having issues deploying this, now my deployments time out.

fighting with the same issue. Have you had any luck figuring it out?

Nope. Last two updates just had to remote in to each workstation and install the update manually.

figured it out. extracted the install files, copied them to the target pc and installed with bat file.

"C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Desktop_Connector_14_9_0_1430_Win_64bit\Setup.exe" -i install -q

Did you copy the install files manually or did you use something like this in your bat?

xcopy J:\Product Enhancements\Autodesk_Desktop_Connector_14_11_0_1476_Win_64bit\* "c:\Autodesk\Desktop Connector_14_11_0_1476_Win_64bit\" /d /s
"C:\Autodesk\Autodesk_Desktop_Connector_14_11_0_1476_Win_64bit\Setup.exe" -i install -q

We had the same issue and it ended up being the Autodesk SSO update failing.

I had to create an install for AdSSO, included with the extracted Autodesk patch files, and run that before updating the ADC. I included a reboot between the AdSSO update and the ADC update so not sure if that is needed but all of my updates have been working since doing this.

I also checked Include Entire Directory for the ADC install.
