Search and Delete

We recently had a pdf file emailed out to all our employees that contained confidential information that should not be available to them. We have taken care of the email its self, but we use a cloud email provider, and often PDFs automatically download. I am looking for a way to search their local drive and delete the file. The issue is the location may vary. We also could have legit files with the same name so I would like to be able to filter by creation date, but this would need to be the date the original file was created not the date it was downloaded. Any help is appreciated. We have both inventory and deploy.
