WMI / PowerShell Scanners

I can only filter on a WMI field in Inventory if the WMI scan was successful. Is there a way to filter out computers that have not yet had a successful WMI or PowerShell scan?

The below does not work, it leaves the dynamic collection empty.

        WMI (SCCM Client Version) | ClientVersion | Contains |
