Package library

I am hoping this is an easy question. I am new to PDQ and running the enterprise trial. When I look at the package library in the console, I see a lot of software a a few that we use Great. When I go online and look at the package library, I see so many more packages that are not available in the console. Am I missing something or do I not have the ability to see all of them in the trial?

  • You can only download a few packages with a trial license, 3 or 4 I think.

  • Ok, that is fine but how can I download them? I can't find in the documentation on how to do it?

  • Are the packages grayed out, or missing? Can you post a screenshot?

  • Packages can only be downloaded in the console. You used to be able to download them from the web portal, but now it's just a listing of package names.

The trial license has full access to the Package Library. Once you download a few packages, you will only be able to download packages whose License (you'll have to scroll to the right) is "None", but you'll still be able to see the "Enterprise" packages, just like Free Mode.

If you select all packages with CTRL+A, you should see "306 Packages" in the box on the right.

  • They are there now. For whatever reason, they were not all showing up. I searched using the filter and they didn't show. Once I cleared the filter, there they were. Odd...
