Deploy to a different subnet

Hello!

I have joined our organization computers to same group. I can ping ip from different subnet. But If I want to deploy , I need to do so from same subnet. Also, If I tried to scan computers from PDQ inventory, I can only see result from same subnet even if I do discoever by network and I selected the subnet I want, it won't work if the subnet is different.

Please advise.

Make sure you allow these ports between the subnets: https://help.pdq.com/hc/en-us/articles/220533627-Windows-Firewall-Ports-and-Exceptions
