PDQ Inventory - Archive PC

This may have been answered but i couldnt find it. Is there a way to set an 'Archived' flag, for example. PDQI doesnt remove the PC's from its own database after they have been removed from AD but i would like to retain the gathered information for auditing purposes but nothing in PDQ can tell me that its been archived or retired. I hate to delete the PC's but when we run reports management is asking 'Why is this PC showing up?'. Thoughts?

Maybe create a new collection to move the archived machines to, and then exclude that collection from reports? A little cumbersome, but the only way I can think of from the top of my head.
